Accessibility Mark Centre Data Sharing Information

RDA Accessibility Mark has been set up in partnership with the British Equestrian Federation (“BEF”) RDA will hold the above information securely and will use it only for the purposes of administering your Accessibility Mark accreditation.

From time to time RDA and the BEF and/or its Member Bodies may have relevant things to share with you about their activities and/or may contact you for the purposes of direct marketing.

The RDA, Pony Club and BHS work together closely on assessment of centres. Therefore if you are a BHS and/or Pony Club centre we will need the following;

• Permission to allow RDA to share information with BHS or PC relating to the visit.

• All shared information will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be used in the context of your centre visit.

Any action points, specific to Accessibility Mark activities will be removed from any shared reports. Information shared will be specific to the common requirements surrounding riding centre approval to BHS, Pony Club and Accessibility Mark.
