WOULD LIKE TO PRESENT AN
INSPIRATION DAY – led by our Regional Coaching Team and Princess Royal Coaching Academy attendees Lorna Clark, Andi Bruce and Alex Henderson

SUNDAY 24TH APRIL AT THE BRAE RDA CENTRE, DUNDEE. 10am to 1pm
INVITING ALL COACHES – IN TRAINING, GROUP AND RDACS
Come along to get some inspiration and share your own – this is your day to input into our great coaches in the Region and to get a little bit of that magic dust of inspiration!!

Pole Inspiration – Ground work with poles for RDA ponies led by Alex Henderson RDAC, Lead Coach at the Brae, different exercises to keep ponies supple and interested and fun for participants to join in with too.

Physio Inspiration from Dr Valerie Cooper, our Regional Physio, RDAC, and Hippotherapist – what coaches need to know about Physiotherapy for our participants, when to call the Physio, hints and tips to enable you to do the best for our participants.
Session inspiration – Sharing of thoughts and new ideas with all the attendees, learn from one another. Sample School layouts for teaching varied ability rides. What is your favourite game to play, which exercises work for you, how do you motivate volunteers, what’s your favourite piece of specialised equipment? There is always so much inspiration to be found in others experiences this is the opportunity for everyone to share.

There will also be plenty time to ask questions which we shall endeavour to answer on the day, or we shall find an answer for you!

This event is free to attend for all coaches as we feel as a Region that we value all the Coaches in the groups and hope that days like this will be of some help to everyone, so please come along and share your knowledge.
