This training will cover the theory element of the coaching module. You (the coach in training) should be working closely with a mentor at your group to get practical coaching experience with support and feedback.

On completion of the virtual Coaching module you will be required to have at least 3 practical coaching sessions signed off by your mentor coach in your coaching passport. This should include the session goals and session feedback including your reflections on your own behaviours.
