Within the New Coaching Pathway, all coaches will now be assessed and reviewed against a set criteria. Coaches told us that they wanted more consistency in approach when it came to them gaining their qualifications and being reviewed for their role, taking RDA sessions.
The new criteria has been developed by coaches to help everyone understand what the standards should be when delivering sessions. It is hoped this will help coaches if they know what standards they need to be at and will help assessors and reviewers know what to observe.
