Our training opportunities are designed to help you develop as a volunteer and to enable you to provide the best possible experience for riders and drivers at your group.

As an RDA Volunteer there a variety of ways for you to access training.

E-Learning

Our e-learning courses provide the opportunity for you to learn by using a computer from the comfort of your own home or by using a smartphone or tablet when you are out and about.

Volunteer Workshops

Our volunteer workshops are designed to equip volunteers with the tools, the knowledge and the inspiration to make the most of their volunteering time and to make a positive impact for their Group, County or Region.

All workshops are free of charge, can be delivered at a suitable location of choice “in house” and must be booked in advance.
